Solar Bracket
Its main function is to place photovoltaic panels in a suitable position and ensure that they operate stably and safely, while achieving the best light receiving angle to maximize the conversion efficiency of solar energy
Photovoltaic brackets are an important part of solar photovoltaic systems. They not only provide stable support for photovoltaic panels, but also maximize the efficiency of solar energy reception by adjusting the angle of photovoltaic panels.
Functions of photovoltaic brackets
1. Support and fixation
(1) Support function
The photovoltaic bracket provides stable support for photovoltaic panels to ensure that they will not fall off or tilt due to wind, snow load or other environmental factors.
(2) Fixation function
The photovoltaic bracket fixes the photovoltaic panel in a predetermined position so that it will not move or shake, thereby ensuring its stability and safety.
(3) Adjustment angle
The photovoltaic bracket can adjust the tilt angle of the photovoltaic panel to adapt to different lighting conditions, thereby maximizing the efficiency of solar energy reception.
2. Adjustment angle
(1) Adjustment range
The photovoltaic bracket can adjust the tilt angle of the photovoltaic panel within a certain range to adapt to changes in light in different seasons and at different times of the day.
(2) Adjustment mechanism
The photovoltaic bracket adjusts the tilt angle of the photovoltaic panel through mechanical devices or sensors to achieve automatic tracking or manual adjustment.
(3) Adjustment accuracy
The higher the adjustment accuracy of the photovoltaic bracket, the more accurately it can adapt to changes in lighting conditions, thereby improving the efficiency of solar energy reception.
3. Easy installation and maintenance
(1) Easy installation
The installation process of the photovoltaic bracket should be as simple, fast and efficient as possible to reduce installation costs and time.
(2) Easy maintenance
The photovoltaic bracket should be easy to maintain, able to withstand the influence of harsh environments, and able to be maintained without interrupting photovoltaic power generation.
Types of photovoltaic brackets
1. Fixed bracket
Advantages: The structure is the simplest and the cost is the lowest. It is suitable for areas with relatively stable lighting conditions.
2. Single-axis tracking bracket
Advantages: It can rotate around one axis to track the east-west movement of the sun and improve the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic panels.
3. Dual-axis tracking bracket
Advantages: It can rotate around two axes, not only can it track the east-west movement of the sun, but also can adjust the tilt angle of the photovoltaic panel to match the change in the height of the sun. Although it has the highest power generation efficiency, it also has the highest cost and its structure is relatively complex.
4. Tilt bracket
Advantages: A fixed tilt angle is set during installation, which is suitable for areas with relatively stable lighting conditions. It has a lower cost, but the power generation may be slightly lower than that of the tracking bracket.
